When I was seven, I was caught up in Star Wars mania, Empire was still playing in theaters and I, like almost every kid in America, wanted the Dagobah play set. That little chunk of plastic was the "must have" toy of that year. My mother, young and very poor, could not afford to get me one. So she built me Dagobah, a four foot by six foot swamp planet scaled to the action figures, complete with a swamp pit filled with slime big enough for an X-wing to get trapped in. She also built me a similarly scaled Hoth set. They were so spectacular that I remember that it was the first time my school friends came to my house to play with my toys. Thanks for the comic that brings back fond memories of my wonderful mother who passed away long ago but I know she loved me and built planets to prove it.

This was a plot twist for me. Instead of turning in the bottles for the money he made an awesome rocket!!! Just pointing out, in the real world a homeless man would never give up his cans.

I thought he would make a water bottle rocket (water+air pump+pull release=WHEEEEEEE) but this was a nice twist.
